The Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District is pleased to make available the “Red and Black Pass” for the exclusive use of residents of the district who are sixty-two years of age and over. Through this program the Board hopes to provide a service and demonstration of appreciation to those aged sixty-two or over who have served the district in various capacities and remain strong supporters of the school programs and activities.
