Every year Mrs. Hopkins' students create a book in their language arts class. This year, they made Gratitude Journals. They work on this major project for most of the 2nd Quarter. They work through the whole writing process and spend a week in the computer lab typing them. Parents are asked to send in pictures of their families, pets, and favorite things they would like included in their books. Students pick and paste their scrapbooking patterns, paragraphs, and pictures into their books. They are very proud of their final project, which they then wrap and give to their families as gifts!
